Cannot Purchase Credits Via Mepsurf or Bitcoin

Hallo Leute

Ich versuche, mehr Credits hinzuzufügen, aber die Optionen scheinen nicht zu funktionieren.
Zwei Screenshots habe ich unten angehängt.
Ich habe Neosurf (das hat früher funktioniert) und auch Bitcoin verwendet, aber ich bekomme diese Fehlermeldungen.

Ich habe verschiedene Browser versucht.

Ist jemand hilfreich.

bitcoin was disable .you can try others .sorry about that .because $5 was request $4 hand fee.
It is not friendly for low price order
