Converts hot linked PDF documents to attachments.

Hot linked PDF document are those which a user pastes a PDF document URL into a message. These hot linked PDF documents over time become dead and the thread becomes useless as the PDF content is missing. This add-on prevents this problem because it will automatically convert hot linked PDF documents into attachments.
