AMPXF Uninstall Redirects - for uninstalled AMPXF

If you have uninstalled AMPXF, and want to make e.g. googlebot recognize it faster, you can install this simple addon that will redirect AMP pages (?amp=1) back to the canonical page.

After a few days/weeks, you can uninstall this addon as well
