[Liam W.] Post Macros 5.3.0 Fix 4

When we put 0 in the placeholders, the output in the message shows nothing, instead of showing 0.

The macro is not in the right place

This version is only compatible with XF2.3

Changed :

The "Expand macros in macro list by default" is always displayed in the setting, even if disabled. (@pec #Report)

There are more metadata options in the global post macro in the ACP (@pec #Report)

There is no permission option for thread metadata section.

Pagination in active macro does not work.

After update 5.2.2, users can no longer see their macro in the editor.

  If you're modifying post macro permissions for a user group or changing a global macro, please rebuild
