Fixed Bug with TMDB AddOn

Update Core before you update any other of my addons.

Always make a backup before you update!

This Updates are big, please test them upfront in a local copy and then follow the following steps:

Deactivate yout forum in the Settins.
Update Core AddOn
Update any other AddOn
Check if all runs as expected
if Yes, turn on Forum again.

Fixed Bug with TMDB AddOn (and probably other).

Requires the updated Version of my Core AddOn.

XF 2.3 Version only

Forum and Category Settings are now divided into two options.
Enable indexing
Display Index

Added a Index Widget.

The indexing needs to be enabled that the widget is shown.
