Fixed an issue in member_view that could cause users to appear offline in certain edge cases.
Fixed a similar issue in message_macros where users could incorrectly appear offline.
Resolved a bug in account_upgrades that caused the responsive container query to fail when the viewport exceeded specific sizes.
Various minor bug fixes and enhancements to the user interface.
