If you are looking for a quote plugin, that is very much tied to your WooCommmerce checkout process? Then you have come to the right place! Instead of sending plain Emails, our Request a Quote & Bargaining plugin creates the enquiries directly in your Woo system. And it not only saves and shows all quotations, in the my account area of a customer, it can also be used to negotiate them in your shop. Last but not least, all quotes can be converted into WooCommerce orders, that can be paid using your standard payment methods.

Requesting a quote in your WooCommerce store has never been easier. Put products into your cart, use regular checkout process and choose the quote request payment method. That’s it. Your quote request been created and will be checked by a shop manager.
After a quote request customers can start to bargain and negotiate the prices. This can be done directly within the users my account dashboard. For each order they can send negotiation messages to the shop owners while shop owners can adjust the prices or reply back.
Approved or accepted quotes will be converted into orders automatically. Customers will receive a mail to pay the new order. On clicking the pay link, they can use your standard WooCommerce payment methods to pay their order in your shop directly. Just like a regular order.
All requested Quotes are saved in the My Account dashboard of each customer. That way your customers can not only keep an overview of all enquiries, they can even pay accepted quotes from there and negotiate prices.
Our plugin ships with multiple new custom quote emails. That your customers will always be notified when a quote has been approved, declined or new quotes are created.
