- Ability to set the time after which editing the post will be prohibited
- Users with "Edit any post" permission will ignore this limit
- The value of this limit overrides "Time limit on editing own messages (minutes)" permission (if not set unlimited)
- REST API support:

- Extended post entity output (ozzmodz_petl_end_date column and can_edit_time_limit getter)
