This is an original and untouchable WordPress theme exclusively made for wallpapers. All you need to do is upload the theme, upload the plugins, see the video documentation and see if it fits your needs. I use it for a couple of websites and it works fine with adsense. The people who made it aren't on the web anymore. It was a website called adsensia.
