PrestaShop Abandoned Cart recovery is a remarkable module for diverting abandoned carts towards conversions on your PrestaShop stores. Some of the spotlight features of Abandoned Cart addon are following:
Email Reminders: The admin can create email reminders. Admin can send multiple serial reminders and use the CRONs to automate the process.
- Manual or Automatic emails: The admin can select the option to trigger the emails automatically or send them manually. Smart reminder emails for the abandoned cart allow the admin to use the existing email templates.
- UTM parameters: The Abandoned Cart module allows the admin to add the UTM parameters to the email campaigns.
- Email templates: The Abandoned Cart Addon offers multiple email templates for the discounted and non-discounted emails. The admin can also create their own templates. Email templates are mobile responsive.
- Email customization: The admin can customize the email templates.
- Serial reminders: The admin can send multiple reminder emails for an abandoned cart as per the settings enabled by the admin. For example, the admin can configure 3 emails - 1st after 6 hours of abandoning the cart, 2nd after 24 hours, and 3rd after 2 days with a coupon code.
- Offer discounts over email: The admin can offer discounts over emails. The offered discount will be Fixed value or percentage-based. The admin can also add additional conditions like cart total, validity, etc.
- CRON setup: The admin can set up the CRON to automate the email campaigns.
- Email log: The admin can keep track of email campaigns from the Email Log section. It will show the details like - Email address of the customer, Email type - discounted or non-discounted, Coupon code in case of discounted email, coupon status & Date, and time of email.
