Exports and imports quickly in CSV file all the specific prices or on offer of your shop.
Features
This module allows you to quickly export and import the specific prices of your store using a CSV file.
From the module configuration it is possible to access the management of exports and imports of specific prices.
In the side menu you can also find the access in the "CONFIGURE" section.
Exports
In the exports section you can see a list of all the exports made with the options available to download and delete.
You can also do an export by selecting the columns that you want to appear in the csv file.
The columns considered are the following:
- Specific Price identification
- Specific Price rule identification
- Cart identification
- Product identification
- Product reference
- Currency identification
- Currency name
- Country identification
- Country name
- Customer group identification
- Customer group name
- Customer identification
- Customer email
- Product attribute identification
- Product attribute reference
- Price
- From quantity
- Reduction
- Reduction tax
- Reduction type (amount or percentage)
- Date from
- Date to
Imports
In the imports section you can see a list of all the imports that you have made in your shop with the options available to download or delete.
In the header there is a button that allows you to delete all the specific prices of your store. Very useful when you want to clear the specific prices to carry out a clean import.
You can also import:
- Indicating if you want to delete all specific prices.
- Indicating if you want to delete only the specific prices of the products included in the file.
- Selecting the csv file from the computer.
In just 2 steps you can import large quantities of records saving a lot of management time.
First, you need to select the csv file from your computer and then you can do a data identification in which you can match each column of the source csv file with the destination columns.
Import allows modifying existing specific prices or adding new specific prices.
Error handling is very present in this plugin. Each column is validated before inserting or updating a specific price. For each import a file is generated with the error report.
