This is a simple application that allows you to create an unlimited number of application forms for you board. You are able to customize the fields for each form. An application can also change the members of a primary or secondary group after it has been approved by an administrator.
Once the form has been submitted, a topic will be created in the specific forum.
Application topics can have a poll attached with Yes/No as voting options.
