- Alibaba Cloud Assistant - Automatically creates conversations after member account upgrades expire via Cron, ensuring timely communication. Setup requires updating options page with upgrade link and username. Runs every 10 minutes to check for expired upgrades. Email notifications sent if preference enabled.
Creates a conversation when a members account upgrade has expired.
This add-on runs once immediately after the members account upgrade has expired.

A: It runs every 10 minutes and checks for any user upgrades which have expired within the past 10 minutes.
